Calendar year in the sense that it's your performance for the entire year. When you are appraised it is based on jan-dec. however, funding proposal wise will always be financial year. Why is this info critical?

For new staff who just joined. I have colleagues asking me the same thing who joined in early Feb last year. Soo they are quite disappointed when told their PB will be prorated.

Well fair deal. Imagine you in same league/pay/older and worked whole year - fair n objective😉 everything comes back to status quo in long term

Separately in July and Dec, cs will receive a standard mid-year and year-end bonuses which are dependent on singapore's economic situation. It all depends, but it will be soon. 2014 and 2015 announcement date 15 Mar, 2013 was 16 Mar. 2012 was 17 Mar.

can find out your grade n amount u will be receiving on 19 march.

amount will be credited into ur bank account on 22 march.
