My performance bonus is 2.5 months. Zzzzzz

Yea similar boat, mx11a, C grade, pb 2.0 months. Also zzzz. But guess didn't expect much also since got promoted last year.

Got promoted last year to mx10. Was expecting a C. But slightly happy to get a C+ 2.8 mths instead

Nope. No news now means not promoted already. I’m also asking around but they shared diff agency have diff ways to handling promotion. Some shared boss already informed before PB grade, some will share after PB. Can anyone share how this works?

Different agencies have different ways. Different schools handle promotion diffeeently too. I was informed personally 1 day ago before they announce 2 years ago....Sometimes it’s also about whether they have time to meet you personally to inform
