many financial industry ppl actually use their family members accounts to trade... as long as ur trading does not move markets, (e.g. trading in an illiquid stock), trading in those liquid STI stocks shld not arouse suspicion...

There are many ways to game the market while evading detection, but what you have described is the most amateurish way of doing it that will get you busted in no time. Obviously not much experience and knowledge of the industry.

My Malaysian friend is in IB (internet banking). Shift work, long hours. Everytime the internet banking platform goes down he siao liao. Also, lunch hour must take turns.

You stock broker for 1 year should have good customer handling skill? Should be okay to apply to IB.. try the local commercial banks lo...

Hope that answers your question friend.

How does working in a bank (roles for commoners like back office) compare to working in govt job? Both have opportunities to progress just that banking more volatile only right?
