wow average man,

unbelievable for a diploma holder to be getting 8k in civil service after approx 12 years of service.

are you in the uniform scheme?

i'm trying not to be skeptical but a poly grad who started out as with $1.9k and after 14 years draw $8k, thats an increment of $6.2k which equates to about $442 a year consistently. you should be only in your mid 30s now. if this is indeed true then i have to congratulate you. you have indeed done yourself proud.

I am wondering how does the increment in stat boards/ ministries differ. I'm a B+ performer and gets 4% increment for the past 3 years and 1.25 - 1.5 PB, quite a pittance compared to my private sector days but.. oh well... I enjoy my job for now. Also, how does promotion increment works for dip holders? Do they really go by age/ no. of years in the coy? Thanks!
