Default [help] UniSIM BSc Psychology and BSc Business

Hi all,

need some help here. i'm currently in NS. ord in the month of Aug12. Already have a place in UniSIM JAN13 intake.
But due to the many depressing comment regarding psychology, ie, low pay, require good grades. so I've request to change my course to business.

Isit a better choice? would appreciate if one could comment and advice on what would i be expecting after i graduate. example, starting pay with different grades.

Thank you.
dave

yes, it's better in my opinion. by the time you graduate, the world's economy will have hopefully begun its recovery, and banks will start hiring aggressively again.

Fact 1: most people are not interested in anything that is taught and has exams.

Fact 2: choosing the right industry to be in is very important, else you will regret for the rest of your working life.

Fact 3: 99% of all jobs suck, so it's always better to get a well paying job that sucks than one that sucks but doesn't pay well.

Choose wisely. You have been advised.

Study something you like and interested in. If you can study full time uni, it will be some of the most fun years of your life.. why waste it studying a degree that you are not intersted iN?
Hi thanks for your input. Actually im interested in both courses. i actually choose bsc business mainly for the pay factor.

The problem now is im afraid whether unisim cert is recognize locally or not. And actually, where could exactly could i work in? Which area of work is better for bsc business? HR? investment bank? Or any other post?

Im a greenhorn n I don wan to regret later. Haha
