I passed interview but failed in background check due to credit score is not good enough.
Why? I heard they only do such credit score for VP positions.

Marketplaces Technology - Java Software Engineer, Associate.
My credit score is really bad, still have around 60K unsecured debts from 5 different banks.

woah, that must have hurt really bad. I guess it is important to maintain a good credit score. But just a quick question, How do they know your credit score? they can access the credit bureau report?
