ExDSTA here. Pathetic amount of bonuses and increments as always. Even with the tech layoffs happening in the private sector, one could easily get double or triple the base salary doing similar things in the private sector.

Good that you left for the double/triple salary so that I have a chance here.

Those C graders should leave with such poor bonus

the C graders know that they can't find a better paying job outside, so they stay. It's the good employees realizing pay is better elsewhere so they leave. End up these prev C graders will move up and get better grades and bonuses. Good strategy.

Maybe hop to govtech

C and c+ since last year less 20 to 25 percent. B higher bonus. Good for the 20% top performer bad for rest
