They offered me (uni fresh grad) $4.4k base. That’s all, no bonus. A bit surprising cos rivals like Accenture offers bonus.

just don't if you are Singaporean. This company is made for Indian nationals. They hire Singaporean so that they have the quota to bring in more of them.

The bonus is project-based, so it is difficult to say you will get bonus or not. But you will get AWS.
I have been working in this company for past 8 yrs. I have to say the reason I am still in this company is because its culture - treating people with respect and equality.
