Pay diffference between Ministries and Stat Boards

Heard from HR that Ministries usually pay lower salary compared to Stat Boards. Anyone knows the difference in % between the two? Eg. MX11, with equivalent qualifications, work experiences, NS etc.

If you have been offered pay difference between Ministries and Stat Boards, appreciate your inputs. Thanks

Hi All,

i am thinking of a career switch and would appreciate some advice.

i got a degree 2nd upper class (sim) and MBA from inforrmatics. i have been working and living in beijing for 6 years in a Us listed chinese firm. My first 3 years at the firm was regional sales and then got into the firm investor relations department.

my current salary is SGD 5.5k monthly ,with about 20K- 30K USD worth of options depending on share price. i would like to join a poly and do you guys think it is possible for me to get 90k as a poly lecturer?? i would prefer a stable life with little or no travelling. i need to be outstation from beijing about 3-4 months per year right now.
