Hi, I'm not on MX scheme but technical scheme (diploma) and my salary is as follows:
2007 - 1850 Mid 2008 - 2250 2009 - 2380 2010 - 2500 2011 - 2620 2012 ( after adjustment) - 3000 2012 after promotion in april, very likely - 3450 I just recently completed my part time degree. What is a reasonable expected salary if I were to apply for a degree job? My degree is not directly relevant to my current job. |

Only the salary adjustment made our pay higher. And I'm earning more than the fresh grads who join us. I don't want to be in that situation when I join other agency. If you are asking why I want to leave when my performance has always been good, well the management sucks. I'm just hanging on till I get a good offer. Do govt pay that well? You got to be an excellent performer to be happy. Don't expect to join n shake leg. You will be seen as a junk. |
