Did you just google Corporate Finance Institute/ WSO/ Wallstreetprep to come up with relative valuation, DCF? Do you even know what to use DCF, Comps/ Precedent Transactions for or you're just spewing that to make yourself look smart? Or even pro forma models (hint: LBO). Come, tell me how do you use all of the output from your income and market approach. Your MO/BO brain would explode just having to download the technicals needed cause all you know how to use is your internal banking system to approve trades, LexisNexis to do KYC.

Relax. Got exposed for being a Big 4 monkey nia.

“Pro forma (LBO)” - even big 4 valuation also not so dense de right? LOL. You sure you M&A?

Wow, the way you talk is just horrendous. Is this how you talk to your bosses in BB? Are you sure you're not from an SME? or local bank BO? You wouldn't even make it past the front door with your Uni of Buffalo cert.

Good luck Big 4 guys in this thread having to deal with this long term resident prick.

Wait... you do know that you have to create a pro forma balance sheet for LBO right? Do you even know what LBO is used for? Didn't MO/BO teach you...Oh right, they don't, because you just need your KYC approval system or Worldsearch to get by for the rest of your life.

You from Uni of Buffalo? Is that the reason why you’re upset?

Do you know what a LBO model is primarily used for? You M&A or LevFin/Sponsors? Are you telling me that a pro forma model (be it BS/IS/CFS) is not a requirement for M&A transactions? LOL

Exactly. Answer the question above. Google might help.

Hint: you should just google ‘pro forma’ for a start, mr “Pro Forma is for LBO only, I’m from M&A”

Wait wait, you are the one who brought up pro forma models. I said DCF, comps and merger models. You clearly got your own BO/MO brain confused. Nice try, almost got smoke bombed by your stupidity.
