Local grads start at MX12, not MX13.

Not true. While some ministries/SB start fresh grads off at MX12, there are many which still start them off at MX13. The place I'm at being one of them.

That is odd. My SB starts at MX12. Guys start at $4k per month while Gals start at $3.8k.

Depends on SB and budget really. Non FCH fresh grad guys here get 3.5 and girls get 3.3 starting. MX13.

usually should nt happen in public sector. could be due to g50 clearance or maybe they found out something untrue abt ur resume

need to check the salary range. SB have not unified their job grading. MX12 in your SB could be the same as MX13 in another one.
