So you managed to get $500 increment when you joined stat board B in 2014 and another $900 when you switched to stat board C? Was your salary negotiation process smooth?

Yes. I was surprised about the increment offered to me when I switched SB. My asking salary was way below the offered pay. I was thinking likely because they have considered my masters degree from NUS which I will be getting in Jun/Jul this year.

2010 $4.3k MX11 B grade 2 mths PB resigned and joined SB
2010 at SB $4k MX12 equivalent B grade 2.6 mths PB
2011 at SB $4.5k MX11 equivalent B grade 2.6 mths PB
2012 at SB $4.8k MX11 equivalent A grade 3.5 mths PB and then salary adjustment to $5.3k
2013 at SB $5.8k MX11 equivalent C+ grade PB 2.1 mths

Any CS officers with overseas PR? I applied for canadian PR last year and recently got my Pr status, we did not declare, is it all right not to declare?

Aiyo, already state there from MX11 to MX11A, promotion lah. $700 is made up for promo increment and merit (annual) increment.

PB doesn't include AWS. If include AWS then whole year is about 6 mths total bonus. Local uni.
