10 years related experience to A, zero to B.

A) GLC, 8x16, Manager role.
B) Labour Movement 9x16 AD role.

Offer on table for both, which should I take up?

if both are perm job, just go for B.

B. Just go for the higher pay. Skills can be picked up as long as the employer gives the opportunity, which they did in this case.
