Seems to be for fresh grads only, because they probably received depressed starting pay this/last year. Seems to apply to both ministries and statboards.

You from ministry or SB? 2020 or 2021 batch?

Is the increment due to emplacement from contract to permanent role?

10 years related experience to A, zero to B.

A) GLC, 8x16, Manager role.
B) Labour Movement 9x16 AD role.

Offer on table for both, which should I take up?

B. Just go for the higher pay. Skills can be picked up as long as the employer gives the opportunity, which they did in this case.

Is >100K salary common for degree holder in Civil Service

Say after 10 yr experience and just average performer (non scholar, not top performers)
