generally should be just like this :
mid thirties 100k
mid forties 130k
retire at 150 to 180k

Is approximately accurate for the 50-70 percentile of grads.

This is realistic for specialised schemes. Their starting pay is ~5k.. good performers with increments and bonus 5-6mths will hit 100k within few years.

yup. for AVERAGE performer on a general mx scheme or equivalence

25 YO grad with good grades
25 - 3.8k
annual increment of 3% (max 4)
promotion year 8% (max 10)
annual package of about 16 months

i guess all of us can count for ourselves how much you can get when u are at mid thirties and forties
typical promotion path
25 - mx13
26 - mx12
30 - mx11
35-37 - mx11a
you may stuck at 11a for very very long if you are just an average performer

you have got a bad first year my friend. your first year (2020) does not have AVC. else it is should be around 54k. pretty good for a fresh grad
