just got an offer from a uk mnc in the engineering industry. very disappointing since it is a talent acquisition specialist job was expecting at least 5k, but they only offer 3.5k which is only 14% higher than what im getting now. considering i have 4 years exp in hr generalist job, should i ask for more? i think co. should pay for the job as specialist and not try to undercut candidates just because my current pay is low.

although it sounds high, i was looking more on the fact the job is a talent specialist. i was surprise since this mnc quite well known that they wont undercut for a specialist job just because my pay was lower in the past. seems like trying to undercut and yet want me to do a strategic job.
