We want HIGH starting pay, in addition to being given a good nurturing environment to grow. Instead of taking about next 5 to 6 years, the HERE and NOW is important too.

You give 3k never mind. But don’t ask people to OT lah. Take 3k go home at 5pm everyday is fine.3k is like 2005 civil service starting pay lol. You want people to OT like dog then at least peg the starting pay to slightly above civil service. CS starting pay now 3.6-3.7k leh and they have work like balance

I understand SM and partner are tagged to one client . So lets say the SM becomes partner , now how will the SM build client portfolio when the previous partner will take the pre existing client that he and the SM ( before being partner ) were tagged to

We initially give 3k starting salary for a reason, because we know as a freshgrad salary shouldnt be the deciding factor but learning curve and growth is more important.

Big 4 gives you a GOOD salary hike if you perform decent. So your 3k can easily be 7k in the next 5 to 6 years. This salary progression is faster than the rest in the industry.

You do realize 7k is not that attractive these days? Many uni grads hit that within 3-5 years, the bonus is also pathetic, while variable component for many roles outside grow as your climb up

They don’t even pay farking AWS but have the audacity to force people to OT by giving you 2-3 person workload. Everyone should just do the bare minimum since they are so stingy. Pay peanuts get monkeys.

Go Big4 cannot talk about money

It’s about the experience, exposure, learning curve and networking.

Fresh out of school you get to talk to FM and FC. Better than be some AR AP executive.

No matter where you from or how well you did previously, this will be a resume booster for you. You come in take SCAQ, firm sponsor you.

So you're telling me...

1: work with foreign talents, learn from them, climb high, get rich fast
2: work with sinkies because sinkie pride! OT everyday, low pay, sinkie pwn sinkie

You'll pick option 2? wow.

Respect bro, sinkie pride. You the real sinkie.
