Some project managers budget too much cost and money has to be spent and thus the need of hiring new people to use the surplus….

So far the Ministry that i was deployed has no freshie hired.

They been hiring late 30s to early 40s people to join.

I believe that they are grade H and above.

I think the performance appraisal that is happening now is due on 14 Jan. But, you should have submitted it long ago if your manager is pushing for your promotion.
