your friend seems to be underpaid. because 2 years ago the salary for first class with ns is 4180 in the forum.

is your friend a girl or guy? because maybe you have to factor in the ns portion?

if it is really 4070, den it is kinda unfair for the first class hon ppl.

I dun think that the salary for 2 yr ago is accurate.

Yes, he is a guy. Think that there is an downward/smaller adjustment on the first class hons salary because according to my another friend, dso is also offering about the same salary for first class hons with diff of around 100 between 1 and 2.1. Maybe to attract more 2nd class grad?

Hope that some other first class hons from dsta can verify?

Also how much is the annual increment for average "C" performer? how many % increment?

if promote from grade 6 engineer to grade 7 senior engineer, how much is the promotion increment? how many %?

well someone did say 1st class was paid 4070.

But then again the previous known starting salary for fresh grade was: 4180, 3880,3680.
so it could still be quite accurate considering a slight increase in pay.

so.. we are still not sure unless more people come in to verify.
