does land system engineer position hire mechanical degree holder???? I realize that few years back they did hire mechanical holder, but now they only hire EEE degree holder?!?! mean i can't apply?!?!

Yes, they do.
Perhaps simply no requirements for one right now, that's all.

Unless you are very special in non-academic aspects which the organization somehow thinks are important, no.

There is some truth in it. No doubt there are still many uncles/aunties inside, many left before they reach 35. Most common reason: skills learnt inside are too niche, scare no market value and transferable skills if stay too long.

salary for fresh graduate engineer that came in this month:

with ns
1st class = 4270
2nd upper = 3970
2nd lower = 3770
