high is one thing. don't be surprised one day like 10 years down the road wondering why u've hit the income ceiling and unable to find a better job due to niche sectors and nontransferable skills.

agree. so if you are confident u can outperform other people(singaporean+foreigners) in private sector, then dont go public sector.

Disagree with that generalization.
Do you know the many kinds of work that DSTA does?
There are many appointments in which you can pick up skills that will indeed be transferrable.

There is a written test before the interview, and the test paper will be brought into the interview room for the interviewer to see.
