Anyone knows anything about the Engineer scheme? Ie EO12, EO11,...

Playing it forward

MX10 salary range as of 2018

$7,001-$9,233/$9,234-$11,466

The / refers to the salary bar which one has to cross in order to get into the upper tier of MX10.

my current ceiling is 6k. think will hit by age 35. and what to do if bosses dont help to push up.

2012 - 3130
2013 - 3865(batch promotion)
2014 - 4060
2015 - 4285
2016 - 4520
2017 - 4715

Need to talk to your Manager to see when you can promote, but 6k ceiling still got at least 3-4 years assuming you are not promoting, so what is the concern here?

some pay higher/lower depending on the nature of work. e.g govtech and EDB pay way above MX scheme and others may pay below.

some would name it differently from MX scheme but usually will map back to MX somehow.

there are literally hundreds of different schemes across agencies.

do u know how's the pay at IMDA? since it's related to govtech

did govtech only switch to paying higher after they split from the old IDA?

A friend of mine just got promoted to MX11 in April:

- Just joined in Jan 2017
- Second job - first job in Oil and Gas
- NUS Engineering
- Non-scholar

This is considered really rare - does this mean his CEP is 8 or 9?

No info how to assess? He could be 30, that would be rare. Or he could be 40 and that would be normal.

I understand that ministries pay males with NS slightly higher. Does this bonus also apply in GLC and stat boards?
