What is MFA progression like? Got offered close to 5k for a fresher. In 5 years can really hit 10k+?

I believe what the original poster was trying to say is that many employees in the private sector have seen themselves out at the exit door whenever the economy hits adversely, or the private companies they are working for decided to wind down due to bad business decisions and/or move to another country. When out of job, they ate the humble pie and turn to the gig sector just to make ends meet. Such is the reality of life.

Cmi meh? I see cmi private sector ppl kena pok and still need govt subsidy compared to public sector who are still in their jobs. I’m not in public sector, just stating the truth.
