Yes...mostly lower 3.x k for a fresh grad.

Thats why I often get annoyed with the stereotype that SB earn more salary and bonus. Only some do....some others seem to be lower than ministry.

Just wondering if I have 2 years NS with 1 year of working experience in private sector will I get a mid 3k? Lol

Should be if normal general MX scheme. I worked in private 1.5 yrs + NS, got 3.7k starting under mx13.

Sorry I misread earlier. I think one would get much much higher in the private sector with 1 yr exp and NS. Every year there will be stats released stating the fresh grads of many degrees starting at 5 to 6k a month. Just Google it.

yes indeed, but these are minorities.. just look around yourself, a fresh grad drawing 3.5k with 15 to 16 months package is already above average

Hello here.. I have around 6+years of working experience as manufacturing engineer in private sector drawing around 5.3k.. If I were to switch into SB or ministry, where is the most appropriate place for me? And what pay range and job title can I expect?

pls lah, those are top students in their faculties... are you in the top 10-15%?

yeah u are right. but i think probably top 5% max. dont think they are 10-15% of such
