About 10 to 15 years on non-specialised mx scheme.

Would it be advisable to hop to another SB or Ministry for higher pay?

When did you join? Since graduation? If since graduation, by 38yr should reach above 7k at least for above average performance

if really average all the way. consider you promote once in yr 2, 6 and 14.. you likely reach 8k in around 18yrs

note that increment for avg performer is jus 2 to 4% at early part of your career and the percent reduces as you climb.

for promotion year, you can expect around 10%-12%

Saw some recent msg that 30-40 earning 4k-6k, is that exclude bonuses?
I'm 36yo and earning 6k in private sector, 2 months bonuses.
Is that wise to switch to stat board? If I want to get salary 7k above.
