What kind of selection criteria do they have for panel interview?

Interesting to see people get rejected..

The senior leader in my panel did not even ask any questions and it was just an informal session. Got the offer awhile later but do not know whether anyone in my panel was rejected. If there were people rejected, really makes me wonder what is the evaluation criteria for these panels?

I'm wondering whether it's the value assessments that will determine whether the people who got into the panel interview will be accepted/rejected.

I think the value assessment was more to gauge what kind of role will fit for your MAP. My pulsifi assessment was being reused as I have previously completed it when I applied another company. I literally had no preference for every single type of role.

I feel like it is more of an impression check, and there were actually candidates from my DD that didn't answer very well to some of the questions that the executives were asking.

I don't know how much the value assessment can contribute towards making a decision whether to hire someone or not. Like many others, my value assessment were automatically reused from when i had applied for another company using pulsifi a year ago.

Do you know whether those candidates that didn't answer very well got rejected?

Thanks! I feel quite reassured now. May I know what kind of questions will they ask us during the panel interview (besides self-introduction, why do you want to join Singtel)?
