A1 who joined this year will be receiving letter only in early sep. They are revising the salary across all ranks

How much is the increment by the way. Im one of those who joined after the cut off date. Is there base salary increment incoming sep ?

EY’s recent raise is still lower than KPMG’s 20% increment for graduates of the Singapore Chartered Accountant Qualification right?

So any one serious in staying long term in audit and getting their qualifications should look towards KPMG?

Seems like many people just want to do three years and get out.

What about those of us who want to stay until retirement and climb all the way to our limits

3 years is already way too long. Some leave within 1-2 years. It is not sustainable if most treat this job like some competition
