Analyst: Starts from 4.5k
Junior Associate: Starts from 6k
Senior Associate: Starts from 7.5k
VP: Starts from 10k

American BB MO:

Analyst: Starts from 5k
Junior Associate: Starts from 7k

Typically how many years does it take to be promoted from Analyst -> Junior Associate -> Senior Associate?

Fastest in the firm is 4 years. But you have to network like crazy and be super visible. Being the top performer consistently in your class is important as well.

how do you differentiate between senior and junir assoc? also how's bonus? at least 2 months?
