Big 4 is not hiring enough indians which is totally unacceptable. We need to feedback to MOM and take headcount from India whenever possible.

ISCA is trying to tell people what we’ve been saying all along: Accountancy is a late game hero. Don’t just look at our starting salaries, look more long term at 10 to 20 years later.
