Can relate lah. Every time I pass by the MRT and see the usual beggar there panhandling, I will see how much loose change I have. Usually I just drop 10 cents into his lap and he will smile at me, but yesterday I throw 20 cents and his smile was twice as wide.

I guess when you're that chui every little bit counts.
