Has anyone completed Digital Academy Program under ST recently for software engineer role??

Wondering how the whole course is like and if the workload is manageable (OT a lot?)

Also curious about the culture in ST at the moment.

Here the background check on education is quite dubious. Got plenty of ppl saying they are from NUS but can perform worse than diploma holders.

Is this on top of the normal annual increment? So if the yearly increment is 4%, the promotion adds slightly more than 4% on top of it?

For de bonus and increment. First year: no bonus cos there’s only performance bonus which is for the work done the year before.
