For de bonus and increment. First year: no bonus cos there’s only performance bonus which is for the work done the year before. Increment will only happen every July, if you join Jan 2023, your increment will be split into two portions, first in Jan 2024 and your final incremented pay will be in July 2024.

There are also a lot of salty people as fresh grad pay is higher than theirs.

Will i be entitle bonus in 2023 if I join on 3 Oct 22?

Suck thumb la, brother. Fastest way is jump ship and get better salary loh. A lot employer especially ins SG see paper more important. No paper, no talk. You work how hard also cannot get hire or promote one. That's why so many "elites" holding top position.

Loyal to one company also no point, can work for 20-30 years, then once the employee die, will get replaced asap. Might as well jump ship where the company pay more.

stop giving wrong info, the FY 2022 does not end in dec 22. It ends in mar or april. If you joined in Oct 22 and you have passed your probation, you will likely receive a pro-rated bonus of maybe 5 or 6 months in april 22.

Impossible. This company treasures employees by their length of service, hardly by merit unless the person is really very outstanding. Some more, most of the "bosses who don't do anything" are usually long service award winners of 15 years and above.

One good example, there was an engineer who is very outstanding in his work. But management only promoted him after 6 years. The PM he was under, can't do anything right, got promoted twice in 5 years.
