Hello guys, if you were a fresh grad with FCH and had these offers, which would you pick and why?

1. Civil service, higher starting pay
2. A corporate role at a MNC (HR, corp comms etc), lower starting pay but possibly better progression

Asking for a friend (kidding, asking for myself).

From the post in forum, looks like more progression in public than private
I'm one example worked 8 years same title no progression.

Anyone knows what the salary range is like for the role of Assistant Development Partner in Enterprise Singapore?

4.5k thereabout.

ADP is one rank above the Management Associates. Usually MAs get promoted to ADP within 2 years after joining ESG.
