Anyone recieved variable merit increment details?

About 37 per cent of employees in private sector companies with 25 or more workers as well as the public sector have an MVC as part of their salary, according to the Ministry of Manpower’s 2018 report on wage practices. This is equivalent to 700,000 employees.

The Manpower Ministry’s permanent secretary Mr Aubeck Kam said that discussions are ongoing within the public sector, and announcements about public servant wages will be made in June.

If they cut the basic salary for those working at ground level. Many will be damn unhappy and be de motivated. Work at ground level and shift already tulan, Low salary still cut.

I said cut the president, ministers, MPs and senior public servants pay by 6 mths.. can at least feed the entire Low rank public servant for a few years.

They seems to be super confident in winning this early election to announce this pay cut.

I'm just a farmer with average scores so far.

I'm in private increment like 100 to 150 dollars only le. His increment like close to 500 dollars. So good liao. Wtf
