Very good performance? According to appraisal definitions, that will mean getting a C grade. I assume you mean getting a B or above.

For my previous salary grade (G+2), getting a B will earn me 4mths PB. I've heard my boss (G+4, 1 grade below Superscale) getting 5.5mths for B.

Lucky Farmer

Yes I mean B and above. PB is exclusive of AWS and mid year and year end payout right?

That is alot. Is this the norm in Civil Service?

Yes, only PB, excluding AWS, MOY & EOY Bonuses. Certainly not a norm since it is a premium service. If there is any AO who can share more on what they are getting will be great! I suspect it could well be 8-9 mths, since SR9 is getting 300+K and assuming their salary is 15k per mth.

I heard there's an accounting scheme that pays 4700 for entry level. Anyone on the scheme?

In a way yes, but the ceiling is slightly higher than the baseline of MX9. Therefore it actually cut across 3 bars - MX10 lower bar, MX10 upper bar and MX9 lower bar.

Do you think you are performing better than the general peers? or is this a norm progression?
