However I recently had 2nd thoughts on policy work and am thinking of going back to my original sb, stat board A. Pay is also a factor as stat board A has much better benefits and leave scheme.

Could I ask if would stat board A be paying my PB, or would Ministry B be paying it out to me? Or will I forfeit my PB altogether since technically I didn't complete the 1st year contract?

Thanks in advance.

anyone know?

If it's a ministry allocated with lower budget (eg: MSF), I will say take it as it's reasonable. Otherwise you should not accept it as you are shortchanged (even by 2016 standards when I was hired).

Perhaps you can share the nature of the ministry for better advice?
(Social / Security / Finance-Trade)?
