Mx11A in a statboard. Just got my appriasal grade. Wonder whether the grade will affect the chances of promotion to mx11b? Can a person with average grade be promoted, or die die must have high ranking?

Got such thing as Mx11B ah? Is this a stat board specific grade? Cos in ministry, the next grade after Mx11A is Mx10.

To answer yr grade question, whats yr grade? But yes one can get a C+ and still get promoted provided CEP is high.

Fresh grad, just got offered 4.65k in public sector.

Second upper class.

Is it reasonable?

Progression

Progression with a ministry of a non scholar is as follows so far:

2011, MX13 - Join Ministry ( 26 Years Old)
2012, MX12, C Grade, Confirmation Promo
2013, MX 12, C Grade
2014, MX 12, B Grade
2015, MX 11, B Grade, Promotion
2016, MX 11, B Grade
2017, MX11A, B Grade, Promotion
2018, MX11A, B Grade (33 Years Old)

How is the progression so far and any possibility of promotion into MX10 if got a B next year? Can hit CEP 9 considering the relatively young age?

It would be better if you include the basic salary from 2011 - 2018

Started with about 3600 in 2011 and drawing 7450 now in 2018. Apologies, I dont have the exact figures for the in between.

Looks possible, in my view. Let's say you hit MX10 in 2020, at 35 yo. That gives you a long runway to get to MX9.

Progression is very good for a non scholar. High chance to get mx10 in next 1-3yrs - depends if there is a managerial position to fill (cos mx10 is a supervisory rank), your PB grade next yr, your CEP, and your competition (i.e. who else is fighting for a promotion to mx10). Also, technically yr CEP should already be at mx9 ( usually 2 grades above current mx if you are doing well).
