Qn is how easy it is to move out to pte with pay match?

if u want a honest answer, i will say no and stick to your job.

private sector is all about how much $$ u can bring in for your company.

as much as i hate to say this, it's very difficult to have transferable skillsets / soft skills from CS to pte sector.

Any pay adjustment for MX scheme? The last one was in 2014 so it’s been about 4 years.

If someone is promoted and their new pay is in the middle of the new salary range, does it mean they are likely to be promoted quicker than others?

yes. that someone most likely has higher CEP than the rest of his colleagues.

Anyone can share what's the current salary range for MX11 and MX11A?

After my new increment this month, I calculated I will exceed my salary cap for MX12 next year based on 3% increment. Does this mean likely I will be promoted next year? 34 years old with NS.

Either you get promoted or if you don't meet the required performance for promotion, your next increment will be capped up to thei grade salary cap. There is no guaranteed promotion simply because you are approaching the cap.

I'm currently working at a stat board on a 2 year contract. If I get an offer from a ministry, does the movement policy apply to me or does it only apply to permanent officers at a stat board?
