10 years 9K is so-so. Maybe C-/C performer, non-scholar.

Average in CS after 10 years should be 12K and super scale. If after 10 years you are not super-scale, u are pretty much THE REST.

Apparent troll here. Those in CS will know only AOs can make it to super scale within 10 years. Of course there may be outliers here and there, so good for them. Btw hitting 9k within 10 years is not so-so. That person must be good enough to have at least 3 - 4 promotions, and be lucky enough to go through 1 ~ 2 market adjustments. Else I would say it takes on average 12 years or more to hit 9 - 10 k.

Can't u tell both are trolling?

U believe someone that has been in the service for 10 years with that kind of position dunno how is his progress?

He is jus baiting for ppl to praise him, and now u have done it.

MSO, no NS.
3 years ago started at $2.1k, now $2.3k.
Considered as good, bad or average?

Yes, I was actually aiming to earn $4-5k in 5 years time. Guess that's not happening.

Eh? What gave you the idea that MSO scheme provided that type of increment?
