Salary Grade Different between each grade ceiling Salary Range TSS1 $1,086.00 $5,890-7,117 / 7,118-7,728 TSS2 $919.00 $4,851-6,050 / 6,051-6,642 TSS3 $849.00 $3,738-5,061 / 5,062-5,723 TSS4 $623.00 $2,988-4,874 TSS5 $1,063.00 $2,693-4,251 So sad |
Please take note bell curve grading is adopted by stat board. This system by default assumed that some employees definitely get a D grade (no increment and performance bonus). Let say all employees performance equally , but still some will get D.
No increment equal to pay cut due to inflation . Those low and middle income (below $5000) are pitiful. One to two hundreds dollar mean a lot. |
