any idea how much a stat board like nea, cpf, hdb pays for a fresh grad a month?

Are the civil service pay scale public domain knowledge? remember someone once told me it is published - the grades, and the salary range within each grade. Can anyone advise if my understanding is wrong, and where can the information be found?

is the bonus in a stat board the same as that of a ministry? Or do they give according to what they want?

'B' grade...increment 5.7%...MX12

im pretty sure that's on the lower end of the scale

Around there. I got a B grade and got a MI of 5.4% afew years ago when I was MX12.

C+ grade - MX11 pay scale - MI also 5.7%
