huh, do you mean the PB is calculated in this way for eg:

PB = 1.5 month X basic salary + $1500 (quantum)...........?????!!!

PB = PB quantum x basic salary. SVP = SVP quantum x basic salary.

does anyone know how much is the starting pay for MSO? i read online is only 1.7 to 1.8? is there any adjustment lately?

to all the lao jiaos in civil service here, anyone knows the quantum for the different grades for PB for MX11? e.g. C=1.5mths, B=2.5mths?

is it true that admin officer get paid a lot? how does one join?

I have a friend who is on the AO scheme, but he says he gets paid less compared to our friends in banking, law, and doctors, and also has to retire by a certain age, like army officers.

Heard that they will be getting their pay cut soon, is that true?

Why don't you ask your friend how he managed to join?

I am MX11 and I got B. 3 mths.
