Under MHA - 10 years in service, aged 34 and joined as diploma holder. 2022 salary was $90k was bonuses and 2023 will hit $100k with bonuses. Got my SUSS degree recently. Current job doesn't guarantee emplacement into degree holder path and increment is nothing fantastic, a few hundred bucks.

Should I stay on or find another job within the govt sector that recognises and renumerates me as a graduate?

I take it you are not 100% happy at your current job. Look for another job and see what you can find. You will better know where you stand after you apply for jobs and go for interviews.
