does anyone know if proration of avc works the same as npaa?

my npaa can be matched with (no. of days from first day of work - 31 dec 2023) / 365 * gross and i assumed avc would be (no. of days from first day of work - 31 dec 2023) / 365 * gross * 0.6 but I can't match avc number on my payslip (i'm getting more)

wanna understand the math so pls dont just ask me to sua since it's more ya :P
