typically for someone on the engineering scheme with 3-4 YOE, what is the salary that can be expected? say second upper, public uni, NS.

Nope, not yet factor in. But retention bonus wasnt for everyone, shouldnt be used to benchmark LTA package, isnt it?

most like a lte 7, could be 8 also.. monthly around 4.5 to 5

4 years of experience here.
Joined LTA since graduation.
NTU engineering 2nd upper with NS, I am drawing 5.4k now.

There is nothing as retention bonus. LTA pay and bonus structure same as other stat boards. 15-16 month package depends on your field of work.
