Hi im the OP w the job offer from msf.

It's a process improvement role, redesigning policies/processes using human centred design/ design thinking.

Glad to know that it's alr on the high side/reasonable for msf, bcz I actually asked for 4k and their 1st offer is this. Wanted to know if there's any room to push it to 3.8 or higher haha.

Thanks everyone!

When you mentioned gross pay, do you refer to annual package divided by 12? Or the offered monthly pay before any bonuses?

Don’t include bonuses, but include employer CPF contribution

Lol who includes employer CPF contribution when talking of gross pay one? gross means 100%. If you take home 8.8k a month, then your gross is 10k, excluding 1k employer contribution. Total package a month will be 117% of gross.
