original respondent. if you are really AD I.e MX11, one reason could be that your salary is close to ceiling and thus low MI, and yet no quota to push you up for promotion. maybe speak with your supervisor. job size may be another reason.
send some resume for vacancy and assess your market value, that can help inform if you are appropriately renumeratied and if not, can also be your basis for asking more since that might be your replacement cost. be careful how you bring this across though, cause it can backfire with a non supportive supervisor.
