Yes gov pay cannot match tech companies, but this is referring to software engineering type roles. Shopee PM starts off at 4.2K per month. As an engineer in DSTA with 2 years exp, I'm at 100K pa. Any Shopee PM care to share their salary progression?

Is it possible to share your salary progression since you first entered? Does 100k pa come with bonus? Just curious not here to stir a fight or whatever.

For that age I wouldn't say it is great but it is certainly not shabby.

There are other priorities in life than chasing top dollar salaries after all.

Prefer not to share, but yes it includes all bonuses

aiyo only earn 100k pa? i insurance agent 5 years in 2nd year MDRT, then COT 2 years, this year otw to TOT already. you do the math
