Curious on how it works for referral. Let me know if you guys have any idea on this. TIA!

For this type, usually the interview is a formality since the D wants you either way.

For this profile of specialists, what is the average TC at 35?

Very hard to say. Some specialist schemes have retention packages, others do not, MFA has overseas allowance etc. You can take reference from the MX scheme and add 20-30% but that is still somewhat inaccurate as the bonuses are paid out differently in specialist schemes.

higher chance definitely

but for LTA, the final decision is with the Group Director.
and there will also be a preliminary interview with your DD / team lead (unless you are interviewing for a DD position). if the DD strongly feel that you dont fit the position, he can always not route you to next level

if the D is only referring you to LTA but not reporting to his sub group, then there will be no different from the rest. probably you will get higher chance of being cal up for interview, thats all.

if the D is recruiting you into his sub group, likely the first 2 rounds of interviews will be just formality, you just need to "perform" at the last interview chair by the Group Director.. chances of getting in will be quite high supposed that the D should have put up alot of good words for you

Base salaries are 30% higher than MXO, and there are numerous bonuses ranging from Market Rate Adjustment Packages, Retention Bonuses, and other things. These can be extremely hefty. And of course, allowances which are not available elsewhere.

Anyone else got a one-off salary increment today? Got it in my email inbox today, I assume it's to adjust for Covid?

How much would the starting salary be in a Ministry/Statboard? If you have specific info on IRAS, that would be even cooler!

Thank you :)

Max 3.8k. Only recognise first class but not your double degree.
Same everywhere else unless in some tier 1 sb.
