Different, SEED program intake is huge. Ops/Tech/SME intake is small. SEED has no panel interview you pass their test shortlisted straight to offer. While Ops/Tech/SME have to clear the last round (Panel interview)

What’s the problem with these ppl love to boast that they have received the offer, wait for HR to send the pre-check, pending for pre-check. All are fake.

So sian but good to know early.
